George Fenwicks Regiment of Foote are a group of enthusiasts who re-enact the period of the English Civil War 1642-1651, portraying the struggles that the country, and it’s people went through during the mid 17th century, who have a membership based across the country from Sussex, Wiltshire, and Yorkshire and who are actively recruiting in these and all other areas.
Throughout the summer Fenwick’s put on skirmishes and displays at local events, as well as joining with other regiments in the ECWS to fight major battles in front of large crowds at some spectacular venues across the country.
