Baileys Irish Cream

Ingredients
3 Eggs.
1/2 Pint Single Cream.
1 tin Codensed Milk.
3 Teaspoons Honey.
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence.
1 1/2 Teaspoons Camp Coffe.
2 Cups Whiskey or Brandy.
1/2 Cup Boiling Water.
Method
Whisk the eggs then add the honey and condensed milk. Mix with the boiling water and leave stand for 2 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend at high speed for another 1 minute.
